Curd & Cure Sustainability Intern, Ruby Harlow, shortlisted as “Rising Sustainability Star”

We are delighted to announce that our Sustainability & Environment Intern, Ruby Harlow, has been shortlisted as “Rising Sustainability Star” in the inaugural Speciality & Fine Food Fair Awards 2021.

New for 2021, The Speciality & Fine Food Fair Awards have been created to recognise and celebrate the individuals and businesses driving innovation and delighting their customers in the fine food & drink community. The Speciality & Fine Food Fair Awards champion all that make our industry such a remarkable and inspiring place.

From hundreds of incredible nominations, the panel of esteemed judges have whittled them down to one impressive shortlist. The winner for each category will now be decided by a public vote, which will be weighted alongside the judges’ scores. We would be incredibly grateful if you are able to spare a moment and show your support for Ruby and the work she has done and continues to do when it comes to ensuring that Curd & Cure, and in turn our food supply chain & system, is as sustainable and environmentally focussed as possible.

You can read more about some of the practices & project that Ruby has introduced on our Sustainability page.

The awards will be announced at 4pm on the Food for Thought stage at Speciality & Fine Food Fair. You can vote for Ruby Harlow as Rising Sustainability Star here.
